Application:
- Most demanding applications in oil, gas & process control application.
- Three piece design for ease of maintenance.
- Anti-blow out internally loaded stem for safety.
- High flow rate with maximum orifice.
- Bi-directional floating ball design to ensure leak-proof shut-off.
Specifications:
- Standard pressure rating up to 6000 psi (413 bars).
- Standard DELRIN ball seat packing and optional PEEK or PCTFE ball seat packing.
- Temperature rating for DELRIN packing 176°F (80°C), for PEEK packing 500°F (260°C) & PCTFE packing 500°F (260°C).
- Hydrostatic test: Body 1.5 times - 9000 psi (620 bars) & Seat 1.1 times - 6600 psi (455 bars).
- Pneumatic test: Seat - 1000 psi (69 bars).
- Valve is tested with nitrogen at 1000 psi for leakage at the seat, to maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1scc/min.
